Learner Testimonials

  • I enjoy this course very much; we completed invoices, sales, telephone reception and covered the total range of office and reception skills. It very much equipped me with all of the skills that I would need in order to work in the role successfully. I have already recommended this course to others who would like to work in this area.

  • This course was more than I expected and I enjoyed learning all of the course content more than I had initially thought. The course content includes bar skills and all of the practical skills required to work in the area of food too. People probably don't think that bar men have qualifications; however it takes a good deal of skill and knowledge to work well in a bar particularly on busy nights and this course offers all of the knowledge and practical skills required in order to do the job well.

  • I really enjoyed my course; it was something completely different to anything I had done before, and for me the course was excellently presented. My background is in construction; I'm a quantity surveyor by profession so this entirely new content to me. I would very much recommend this course to others, I felt the course was adapted and delivered excellently for the various levels in our group.

  • I love this course. The tutors on this course were the most helpful tutors I have ever encountered. I would very much recommend a WWETB course to others. I found the course content very interesting, it was very detailed content for working in childcare and child protection. All of the assignments were outlined very clearly. I have moved on to study level six in Childcare and I look forward to working in the area full-time upon achieving my qualifications.

  • I absolutely loved this course; I thought it was very worthwhile and very interesting. I gained a great deal of experience and knowledge in looking after older people. My nanny was in a Nursing Home and I witnessed first hand the work that the caregivers put in in order to take care of her, and it inspired me to work in the area. I realised upon completing this course how much is involved in caregiving for the elderly and I'm delighted to now be working as a caregiver in the same nursing home where I completed my course work experience.
