Pictured in Tramore are learners from our Surf Instructor and Beach Lifeguard course with their Instructor Rosa and Hugh O’Brien Moran, the five times Irish Surfing Champion who has also coached the Irish Surf Team.

Their afternoon ocean session was based on paddling outback techniques and building the learners paddling arms strength.
