Connect Programme Local Training Initiative
The Connect Programme is a WWETB Call Centre/ Office skills course that will enable learners to gain a QQI level 5 qualification in Contact Centre Operations or Office Administration. The programme will also give learners the skills to progress to employment or further education.

• Contact Centre Operations**
• Spreadsheet Methods
• Principles and Practices of Selling**
• Work Practice
• Text Production**
• Information and Administration**
**A choice of two subjects will be given to students depending on award choice.
